"I recently used D. Pick Locksmith to convert a standard key lock into a setup suitable for holiday lets, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the options clearly and helped source replacement hardware that matched the original style perfectly, keeping everything in theme with the property. Would highly recommend."

"Excellent service! Darren gave advice before coming out to assess the need for work. When here, he discussed alternatives with no pressure. Carried out the fitting of replacement locks as requested, efficiently and with great attention to specific details. He did not sign off the work until he, and we, were totally satisfied. Highly recommended for efficient and friendly service."

"I am so glad I chose Darren Pick to come and upgrade my doors’ security. Not only friendly and motivated, but he offered me sound advice, and instead of proposing expensive solutions, which would only have added to his fee, he provided me with more cost-effective alternatives. Considering how much attention he gave to the task, his fee was very reasonable."

"Darren came out to me without hesitation, very friendly and professional. Me and my dog had been locked out roughy 3 hours, being a Saturday night also didn’t concern him, he got me back in and didn’t leave until it was all safe again and also fitted a key safe so I never get locked out again, would definatly recommend and me and Polar are very very grateful."
